Pros
My experience here has been great. Friendly co-workers, beautiful office, solid benefits, and rewarding work. I've enjoyed our hybrid model of remote work and in-office work. It can be fast-paced and a lot of changes, but it's fun and challenging at times. I've grown a lot here and appreciate PV as an employer. They work to foster a positive culture.
Cons
PV has been acquired by another brand and some people may not love changes that come with an acquisition. For me personally, it's not a problem though.
