Pros

Every coworker I came across was lovely. They truly worked as a team and tried to support one another to the best of their abilities. I always felt like I had someone looking out for me in the workplace.

Cons

The hours and workload are much too demanding and it's because the company simply does not care about the employees' wellbeing. I found myself waking up 2 days out of the week at 5:30 for my shift and arriving home near midnight other 2 days I worked. Once at the workplace, the managers flood the employees with side work that is to be completed with enough time to close multiple stations. The company refused to hire enough employees to maintain each station, which is why many of us had to pitch in extra and do extra work. It is difficult to take time off because of this reason as well. I started off with a very positive outlook on the position and the company but ended up resigning once I realized the physical and mental stress it incurred on me. Lastly, there is no work-life balance for the employees because this kind of work and schedule just leads to constant exhaustion and stress. While the employees are sold the narrative of showing up to help out their team, corporate finds ways to cut costs and cheap out those same employees who put their all into the company. It's not worth it.

Pros

There are absolutely no benefits to working here at all. It is just a complete waste of time.

Cons

- Employees are completely overworked because management refuses to hire enough staff. - Employees are forced to cover multiple roles. - Workloads meant for three or four people are dumped onto single employees. - There is no additional pay for the excessive work being done.

INCREASING WORKLOAD + NO SUPPORT

Business Outlook

Pros

Learning a lot of high level systems. KPIs 75% achievable.

Cons

Targets are very imbalanced. Lead to higher workload. Standards change and gain intensity almost monthly. Adds to already higher workload. Senior management is constantly thinking of new ways to permanently make staff leaner. Which in turn adds to workload. CONSTANTLY GROWING WORKLOAD + NO SUPPORT = DETERIORATING WORK/LIFE BALANCE.
