Very innovative company with great products. Very energetic atmosphere. Offer quite reasonable wage for production employees. Room for growth. New facility looks great and offers very comfortable working conditions.

Cons

Supervisors are lackluster. Management spends more time game planning and not enough time executing. Engineering crew is understaffed and cannot keep up with all the existing issues on equipment.
