There are alot of good thinks to mention as pros for Puratos: 1- Food innovation for good 2- CSR activies: bakery school and cacao trace 3- Mission to Mars The investments and way to carry business in Africa which supports the local development. Besides that, Puratos is a great work environnement for professionnals who want a healthy work environnement and need to maintain a great work/life balance. The HR strategy is very employee experience oriented and employee wellbeing & needs are at the heart of it. Employees' feedback is taken very seriously. The workplace in cosy, clean and fresh with basic appliances anyone will need to keep their food fresh or heat it. Onboarding is automated, goals are set for everyone. Online training is available.
