Family owned company! The major owner is an incredible individual!

Cons

Foreign management in USA has no idea how to treat employees and "always" feel they know best! Senior management has an extreme case of "do as I say, not as I do." Horrible HR Department and HR Management.

Cons

If you're not a manager there will be no training or investment in you. Poorly paid and expected to go above and beyond with little prospects. Demoralising atmosphere.
