      Pros

      Very innovative company, excellent at marketing, and employs some very bright great entrepreneurial people to have as colleagues. Ahead of game with market and environmental trends. You can learn a lot.

      Cons

      HR! Process driven, little EQ. Talk about strong values, struggle with application. Loyalty is one way.

      Check never bounced ,coworker's helped they could.

      Cons

      Pressure working conditions, on support from management, lousy health insurance, 25 cents raise, no chance for advancement, no ac in the shop very hot,pay was subpar.

      Pros

      Some good people through out the company. Dedicated employees that would do it all to please the customers. Care for the safety of some .

      Cons

      Too many good employees leaving because they keep the worst employees who spent more time lying to HR,then doing there jobs, who spends more time being a total hypocrite,then concentrating on themselves. It's sad when the National Customers Service Manager is afraid of them, and caters too their wimps. It's sad that HR documents, and won't fired them because position is hard to fill.
