Local markets are great. Lots of opportunities to progress and great employee benefits.

Cons

A lot of time is spent reporting info for head office in Belgium rather than just being able to get on with the job.

Co-workers and Manager make it enjoyable to work there. Good work ethics and great team work. Managers give employees many luncheons to show employee appreciation.

Cons

Corporate located out of state is laying me off after 13 years. :/
