      Pros

      I started 3 months ago at Puratos and I have received a very warm welcome. First of all with a Welcome card signed by the whole team, we then went to lunch all together and our HR director was present as well. Since then, I have had many induction meetings with the business so that I now understand already pretty well this very dynamic, challenging and innovative company!

      Cons

      As Puratos is a BtoB company, it is still not very well known from the public.

      Pros

      The people not in management positions make this place what it is. They work hard and believe in what they do.

      Cons

      There is a lack of accountability in all layers of the organization in the US. Unfortunately, Belgium does not have a finger on the pulse of how things work here, and it has lead to no accountability and low morale. So many departments are stretched so thin that people are leaving in droves. As long as they have been in the US, you would think that they would have some understanding of what we do here.
