Your co-workers are caring and a good bunch to work with. Health Benefits and 401-k are okay as well..pretty standard.

Cons

Disorganized, no processes in place. Upper management seems to let someone go every other week. No sense of security no matter how well you do your job.

1) Work life balance 2) Positive work culture- loved working with the team here. Great work ethics, team work and help during transition 3) Senior management is approachable, open to recommendation and takes interest in your growth 4) I had the chance to work for the best boss - very professional, open to new ideas, does not micro manage, had extensive knowledge on people and process, yet very humble. He commands respect and I loved working for such a manager. 5) The quality staff is very engaged , skilled and have the drive to learn. 6) People here appreciate your work, be it any department. 7) Transition program was excellent.
