interesting company, very good management team. learned a lot working there for 18 years. very good products.

i don't really have any down sides to working at Puratos Corporation. Was always treated fairly and well compensated.

Pros

Company has a good reputation with their customers who pay a premium for quality products. They are an overall world leader but still very small in the USA.

Cons

No advancement opportunities unless you're from another Puratos subsidiary. Poor work/life balance - expected to work long hours because there's not enough admin staff, a lot of really good employees have left in the past couple of years due to performance mgt. system and high turnover in all areas continues to be a problem
