I started 3 months ago at Puratos and I have received a very warm welcome. First of all with a Welcome card signed by the whole team, we then went to lunch all together and our HR director was present as well. Since then, I have had many induction meetings with the business so that I now understand already pretty well this very dynamic, challenging and innovative company!

Cons

As Puratos is a BtoB company, it is still not very well known from the public.

Company opened for new ideas, focus in results , balance between medium and long term but always seeing short term. Inovattion partner with clients. Since last 3 years have done efforts to reinvest in operations, reinforce market and sales. Quality now has a real importance in business decison taking part from supllier development till product on the market without to take legal risk.

Cons

Products launching are too low and also time to market. Foxus is people is a great weekness and turnover is incrwasibg year by year. We must take care of people and to build a leadership pipeline. Other important point simplification of products portfolio in order to get better client services as OTIF, service level, complaints. Many skus with low gross margin. Its important to renew technology to reduce losses, improve quality and yield.
