Poor & pretending management Not well paid and don't expect increase Eco flying everywhere, travelling in degrading conditions To have perspective you have to be friend with the family owner... No respect for sacrifices and achievements at all

One of the best reasons to work here is the free bread and product tastings.

Cons

Poor management. There is a cultural disconnect between foreign management and native residents. Poor and very stressful work environment due to lack of defined process and procedure. A lot of bad attitudes which stem from poor leadership and mistrust. Everyone is a little shady and out to stab the next person in the back. Lots of responsibility for very low pay.
