      Pros

      Fantastic community of learning that encourages you to want to stay. Students are amazing to work with. There is a feeling that you are part of something amazing there, which you want to stay involved with. This is the only college where I have paid to join the alumni association even though I did not graduate from there.

      Cons

      No ability to move up considerably in salary or rank beyond a certain point, due to entrenched management. Increasing encroachment of business practices that treats professionals as untrustworthy. Poor tuition remission benefit. Parking situation is atrocious and unduly expensive.
