Better pay than other jobs on campus, flexible hours, random assignments.

Cons

Worked there for about 2 years, did not receive a raise. Management wants to take control, no freedom in assignments.

Pros

Excellent place to work at while furthering your education. Decent benefits and half off tuition make this a great way to work your way through college. A good way to hone your people skills; both with customers and fellow employees. High potential for growth and opportunities to further your career, assuming you know where to look and how to network.

Cons

You have to know how to work with student employees, and entrenched workers only here for the health benefits, in order to survive. Salary alone isn't that great, and you have to find how best to use the other job perks.
