Pros

Very flexible, and people are nice and friendly. I am lucky to take a very innovative program instead of general administration staff job. Great benefit. Very good culture and value.

Cons

Slow, everything has to wait so long. For staff, it is hard to find career growth.

Pros

Although it depends on your area, Purdue is a great place to work for. The Engineering area is an awesome area to work for!

Cons

The insurance isn't as great as it use to be, but it is still a lot better than other companies. I don't really have any complaints.

Pros

Administrative positions have great vacation and sick leave. People are friendly for the most part and willing to help. There are a lot of activities that they try to get employees to participate in.

Cons

No opportunities for advancement unless you are at/above the level of Dean. It is really hard to get anything working properly and updating technology is almost impossible. No one likes to take responsibility for their actions and it takes a long time to get anything done due to all the paperwork and debating.
