The working environment is calm and the vacations package is great!

Cons

Vertical moves are very hard to obtain and the pay scale system set up to keep it that way. Most clerical and service staff are not paid a living wage. Be prepared to work to jobs just to make ends meet if you work here. Infinitesimal raises that range from 1%-3%. While this may seem normal 1% does not even cover the annual raise to the cost of living. 3% raises are based on you performing perfectly and as the supervisors like to say....nobody is perfect.
