Discounted tuition on classes Mostly acceptable to flex working hours

Constant change, no sense of stability anymore. Lots of job cuts Reduced benefits and lack of cost of living salary increases

The benefits are very good.

Cons

From what I've seen, hiring and promotions, transfers and pay increases are based solidly in a good old boy system. Job knowledge and proficiency is secondary. Management isn't above breaking the University's stated code of conduct where these points are concerned.
