Pros

Interaction with the students, reviews the basics of the class. Helps to build up wiring skills as well as debugging wire connections. There is a programming side as well, so it helps in getting used to debugging code, looking for syntax errors and logic errors.

Cons

Sometimes the labs are long and will take more time than the allotted time. Also, not all of the labs are very clear, sometimes they are sort of vague and needs your own judgement to decide what to check and what the students are allowed to do.

Pros

It was a relatively easy job for the most part. Some unnecessary ways were used at times.

Cons

Opportunities were restricted without much consideration. The professors were a touch biased towards some people.
