      Pros

      There is a positive environment amongst employees that is very team oriented. Employees want to help one another out as best as possible, and are generally "there" for each other.

      Cons

      The university is very concerned with making tuition and going to Purdue affordable for students, which is great! The sacrifice is that the university does not expand its services in terms of more staff. Staff are asked to do more with less. The university also does not pay as well as it could. The difference in pay is also frustrating. Mid-level supervisors will make barely more than their entry-level supervisees, but directors will make substantially more than the mid-level managers.
