      Pros

      Benefits are great. Perks nice and good professional development opportunities.

      Cons

      No way to move up, no salary accommodation for inflation. Whatever way you are hired is how you stay with salary.

      Pros

      Lots of opportunity to learn, then go work where you’re appreciated.

      Cons

      Certain depts have a high turnover due to poor treatment by management. They do not seem to value RVTs as individuals, but as mere “help”.

      Former Graduate Student Having Trouble with Degree

      Pros

      One of the program professors does care about students' success in the graduate program. I liked how our graduate program had a project portfolio for each class (Taskstream). Tuition cost at PNW was very affordable.

      Cons

      Once you graduate from the program, the former program chair ignores you from then on. The former program chair misled students over the course of the program giving us false hope and reassurance. Graduate program did not prepare its graduates for real jobs. We were not exposed to e-Learning authoring tools which limit employability in the job market.
