As a Graduate Research Assistant, I have access to state-of-the-art labs, ample funding for research, and opportunities to present work at conferences. The academic community is diverse and highly motivated, which creates a stimulating environment for personal and professional growth.
Cons
The workload can be intense during peak research or semester periods, which requires good time management. Administrative processes can sometimes be slow, especially for international students, but these are manageable with proper planning.
