As a student developer working at 2 different departments at Purdue, I feel that the staff are great! Really help me to become a better developer as well as letting me gain experience =)

Cons

I personally think there are no cons. I have opportunities to build my skill set and experience (career) and it's all just a matter of whether I want to put my best into it or not.
