- The head of marketing is a complete narcissist and LOVES to kiss managements butt. This person also talks out of both sides of their mouth and loves to create drama internally. - In the marketing department you're expected to work 24/7 because the head of marketing does. - The marketing department head has unrealistic expectations with workload and treats the "team" terribly, having zero remorse for mental health. - The marketing department is a non-stop revolving door (I personally saw x4 team members quit while I was there). The head of marketing is the primary reason they can't keep people, even tho they will tell you it was someone else. - If I had to describe the culture of the company in one word it would be "toxic"
