Disappointing Experience – Poor Management and Work Culture

It looks nice, they try to keep things clean in the building

Cons

Poor management: Disorganized leadership with little accountability or communication. Toxic work environment: Favoritism and lack of respect toward employees were common. No real opportunity for growth or career development, they will let you go if are an achiever. Employee concerns were regularly ignored or dismissed. High staff turnover, which created instability and burnout. Unrealistic expectations with little support or recognition.
