I have nothing good to say about this company

Cons

Isaak Fast is the worst leader. He will hire his friends to put in management for only his best interests. Best practices were not induced. Many times has said to spray over the limit, yet standard practice was spray the set amount as regulation. Extremely unprofessional, especially with contracts. Clearly stating working from 8-5. Forced to work from 7-5pm instead Extremely poor management skills entirely.

Decent place to work as a first job in the industry but don't expect to grow pay wise

5 dollar bags of #2 veggies on Fridays fellow employees are nice hours are there for the most part

Cons

No overtime pay because it's classified as a farm unorganized work environment at times, above capacity raises are little to none nepotism managers regard floor people as replaceable (forklift, packing, clerks)
