Vacation time is more than the standard; 401k matching is outstanding; The employees here are like a family in which everyday you feel welcomed to come in. You see the passion in each employee's eyes on what the company stands. Everyone feels that they make a contribution to the company's mission.

Cons

Nothing so far as the company seems to be above the rest of the competitors out there.

Free meal provide in the pantry, regardless whether you like it.

Cons

Unfair policy in Malaysia plant. Too much VP, upper management person, everyone lost the direction, no proper guiding on management style. Turnover SUPER high. Employee no chance to voice out for the better staff affair, as company need to afford too many expatriate, some of them stay in Malaysia more than 7 years, but still enjoy like a king / queen life in Malaysia. Bonus always is a dream for the employee, every year struggle on the peanut amount for the staff. Staff development been disregard all the time, management need to take care too many VP/upper management, no chance to take care other supporting staff.
