They treat their employees like robots, no ethical values. they use them, squeeze them after a employee gives notice period to the company. They have too much micromanagement and politics in the higher management that affects the various departments and employees morale. The higher management is incompetent even their clients don't prefer to talk to them. The company is only runnning due to their senior employees and soon it will collapse. NOT RECOMMENDED.

It was my worst decision to join this company. It's like a school once again. Too much micromanagement. Slow-paced environment. People at the higher management have zero skill set and they just got the position through TC. They won't let you grow and keep pulling your legs. In my interview with the CEO, he asked me to speak English during the whole interview. like I don't know how to give an interview. Pathetic environment.
