Pros

Good work life balance at PL. PL provides culture and environment that ease employees. Over all good working experience with a lot of new learning.

Worst company I have ever worked for

I couldn't think of any even though I worked there for more a year.

Cons

They are not running a software company but a factory. They have no respect for their engineers. The CEO (Usman Akbar) himself said that engineers worth nothing, they can fire one and hire another for less pay. There are a lot of politics in the company. Monthly bonuses are given based on favoritism, not based on performance. Employees don't stay with the company for long. Every good new hiree didn't stay with the company for more than 1 - 3 months. When they want to fire an employee they will make up a ton of reasons.

just have nice building for office

Management is totally unbearable Estimation of projects are not mature If you want to go washroom then timeout yourself then go because they want you to work 9 hours per day or more. 15% medical lollipop. means on 1500 treatment you can get 150 Rupees. Come on Man. Company think if they are paying you then you are the slave for them If you want to leave then go they will find another. and so on.....
