Pros

I am so thankful to join PL during this corona outbreak and it’s going so well. Here are some of the highlights of my experience with them: 1. Very welcoming orientation. 2. Culture is friendly and they treat their employees really well. 3. Team members and management are so nice and cooperative that I never had that feeling of a new guy when I became part of their family. 4. Employees look happy and satisfied with their job as I have found many of them working with the company for quite a long time like 4-8 years. 5. CEO and COOs are super cool. They give you respect, listen to your advice, and are there to solve any issues. 6. Effective work from home policy. I’ve learned that previously only managers were able to take advantage of it but now the entire company is working remotely. The best thing is that this uncertain situation seems to have no adverse effect on the company as they are continuously expanding their team while also hitting some big milestones in this period like CMMI level-2 achievement during COVID-19. 7. Timely salary. Though not above market, it's extremely competitive to keep employees committed. 8. Offers medical insurance, provident fund, marriage leaves & bonus, free coffee & tea, excellent work life balance, gaming facilities, annual trips, and others. 9. Allows you to participate in the hiring process, refer potential candidates and receive bonus if your referee gets hired.

Cons

1. Too much power given to managers so there is a chance of some people misusing it (but this is also a fact that I have personally not witnessed any such cases so far). 2. No other cons to mention.
