This factory is completely unorganized. They are always running out of ingredients and like to shift blame on who's fault that is. The amount of dust along with the putrid smell is sure to cause cancer. When it rains outside, it rains inside. There are roaches and mice everywhere. And there's an obvious clique that gets special treatment and if you aren't a part of it, you are shunned. This is not an inclusive place to work for minorities. I was treated so horribly that I thought of ending my life on several occasions. This is truly a horrifying place to work for a minority like me.

Horrible toxic work environment, all the company cares about is turning profit, people are just numbers to them. HR unhelpful and not supportive as they tolerate bullies in the workplace. Low salary for the work done compared to competitors.
