Great place and culture. Owner of Franchise amazingly helpful. As you long as you are trying your best, and keep on improving, there is a place there for you and a place where you can contribute to help people that are in distress, that has no price.

Cons

Just wish I could work there with a little more knowledge.

-pay is decent compared to competitors -flexibility with needing time off, doctor appts etc -learn something new every day -rarely ever overtime

Cons

-unrealistic expectations- god forbid you make any mistakes -too much drama- management is unprofessional
