A great company to work for offers certified train to help you grow within the company nice pay per diem wages out of town allowance great company for anyone who loves to travel while getting paid

Cons

If you're not use to a job that requires 24/7 365 days on call schedule this is not a job for you

Pros

Within the restoration industry, there are a lot of companies that do the same thing. Each PuroClean operates under individual ownership, separate from Corporate offices. The PuroClean in Merritt Island, has been in business for 6 years now, the owner really prides himself on customer satisfaction. I like that very much.

You must be flexible with your availability.

If you are good at butt kissing the boss and stroking his ego he might buy you a truck. If you like pretentious and clicky people than this is the place for you.

Cons

The owner expects way too much from all employees and management. Over worked, no proper training and under paid. No safety measures in place to protect their crew
