Hard - Good learning Experience

Helping people in a time of need. Good exercise. Learn to work as a team. Physically demanding.

Cons

Work hours not set. Unknown length of time on the job site. You could be called in to work at any hour of the night without aby idea of when you might be done or off the next day. Hazardous materials handled.

Very nice people and a flexible workplace. Lots of franchise experience.

Cons

No leadership or process at all. Very few employees last very long. The executive teams changes every few weeks. Very little restoration experience.

Great company to work for. Plenty of work when it rains and in the winter when pipes freeze.

Cons

When there is no rain or frozen pipes that burst, then it's really slow. 24 - 7
