Owner is a great guy and does care about his employees Some of the staff is great but struggle with the unfair treatment of bad employees

Owner has a hard time letting bad employees go. Difficult to rise about the negativity There is no encouragement and you can get away with being lazy?

If you are good at butt kissing the boss and stroking his ego he might buy you a truck. If you like pretentious and clicky people than this is the place for you.

Cons

The owner expects way too much from all employees and management. Over worked, no proper training and under paid. No safety measures in place to protect their crew
