Company generally keeps an open line of communication with its employees and pays well while developing skills of said employees. Some upward mobility is in place and equipment needs are generally met.

Cons

Hard and dirty work but that's the industry - can have lapses in equipment maintenance at times. Nothing too crazy though.

Office staff is nice. Field staff is nice.

Cons

Office is dirty, they don’t believe in cleaning and they are a cleaning company. Make promises they never keep, owners fight all the time in front of staff and it is very mentally draining.
