      Pros

      If you hold a position there are good benefits. Small work atmosphere is a plus. Lots of volunteer activities you can participate in.

      Cons

      Very difficult to move up in the company. Positions are held by staff with 10+ years of seniority for the most part. Cuts happen very often, don't get comfortable as your job will often change.

      Coworkers were great to work with only thing that was positive about working for them customer s were great as well

      Cons

      He department is a joke especially in the Mississauga building, equipment always breaks down and they are too cheap to get new stuff....they are losing business and probably won't be around in 5 to 10 years leftt here to join FedEx
