      Good wages Rewarding work Unionized (though the union had problems of its own)

      Cons

      Terrible corporate culture Not much upward mobility, everything is seniority based. Poor use of resources. Very bureaucratic. Inefficient, uses old technology, slow to adopt.

      Great people trying to do their best. good at work life balance. Work from home was encouraged

      Cons

      no real leadership. Everyone in a team did what they think they had to do not sure if it was right or not. Moving away from a weak matrix org to a weaker functional org. no accountability.
