PROS: very chill and laid back environment, with nice people. Interns were treated just like full timers.

CONS: Not very much to do, could get boring at times. Full times didnt pay much attention to the interns

They truly emphasize the importance of family, and their actions match their values. My time at Purolator thus far, has offered me great opportunity for personal growth. My manager doesn't believe in micro-management, and his style has allowed me to bring many great ideas to the table. There isn't a day in which I don't look forward to work.

Cons

Collaboration, and a willingness to act on ideas of change. My only complaint is the lack of vision in my current department. Many are not willing to question the status-quo, and think outside of the box. The reasoning may be that they themselves created most of the current process.
