Large, long-standing Canadian employer. Hardworking, smart, tenured people wanting to do what is best for the company. Employees are loyal and knowledgeable.

Cons

Company going through difficult transition, lacking strategic vision and guidance from senior leadership. Lots of changes, restructuring and instability. Cost vs. people-focused, people left are having to pick up slack. Morale low, culture terrible, not the same place to work anymore.
