      Pros

      Union work environment place. Good and clear chain of command. Steady work environment. Job security and good training opportunities. Salary is decent and benefits are good too

      Cons

      Have to put the time to escalate job positions as this is a union work environment company. Some people with long seniority take advantage of new employees. Sometimes feels a not fair work environment.

      When I started working for Purolator they had solid leadership and an awesome culture. Over the last 5 years there has been 4 CEO'S and 4 VP of sales. Not many pros to speak of

      Cons

      Constant turnover at the executive level. No direction. Constant layoffs . No job security. They have chased away all their great leaders. The leadership team is a complete joke. Pending strike by the parent company. STAY AWAY! Do not work here. The morale is awful. It's a shame that the executive leaders have made such bad decisions over the last 5 years and turned what was a great company into the shambles it is now.
