      Pros

      The team I worked on was very friendly and my manager was very supportive of me. I enjoyed working for a purely Canadian company.

      Cons

      There were constant changes in the sales department as well as within the company. I was there for 2 years and experienced two mass layoffs. The uncertainty was felt across the company.
