OK But Could Be Better

Pros

High degree of autonomy on the job. If you perform well you will be left to do the job the way you see fit.Great "can do" culture. Tight / good working relationships at same co-workers levels.

Cons

Inconsistent message about strategy and cutting back to make plan. Always seems to be a crisis. Opportunities for promotion feel limited. Feels like majority of senior management are hired from outside the company.
