It's a very challenging workplace. They give a lot of training and career opportunities. Managers always listen to their employees concern. Purolator cares about their employees.

Cons

Some managers are so nice that some employees don't listen to them.

Pros

Most of the people are really nice and friendly. For the most part people really do want to do a good job and will do their yes to help you.

Cons

It doesn't feel like the people have bought into the corporate values. You hear "people fist" but very seldom do the actions actually portray that intention.
