With regards to work / life balance, this is a very personal topic and often interpreted differently based on individual needs. Given we are in the service business, our accessibility to our customers and by extension to one another is critically important. While we embrace various technology platforms to connect with colleagues in other offices, we find face to face contact and collaboration to most effective in serving our customers' needs. We are very transparent on this approach upfront during the interview process.
