Pleasant place to work. CEO has a good review rating. Good pension and benefits. Office environment is standard. Nice warm place to hide and retire.

Cons

Slow pace dinosaur company. Not for ambitious people. Salaries are very low compared to industry. Don’t retain top talent due to this. Not a lot of room for growth.
