Good clients. There are no other pros.

Too many to list.But I am listing them anyway - Fish market-like work environment - Tech Leads and PMs have ludicrous demands - Bad communication skills except for the sales team - No importance to algorithms and programming.Everybody works here like a robot - Bad management ( These guys take a cheque of 2 lakh from freshers as a mortgage which makes them bonded to the company.This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever seen and this explains how often people want to leave the company )
