There are no pros to this job

Cons

This is not an IT Service Desk as it was presented. It is a financial service desk with a little of IT sprinkled in. You will not learn anything IT related on this service desk. There are too many financial laws in too many states to keep track of and searching for the right law to answer a question when you're timed and rushed to get to the next call is difficult as best, downright stressful as worst.
