Pros

Steady Business for the short-term

Cons

Plant is old and not well maintained. Focus is short term gains rather than longevity. All of the talent in key positions left the company just before the last sale. This left the company and employees to their own devices. Future doesn't look promising in terms of renewing existing customer contracts. Rumors are rampant that the Malden plant will be closed. That seems to be the reason the key positions are not being filled.

Can learn a lot from the people who work here.

Cons

Extremely minimal pay, no room for growth whatsoever, will be stretched extremely thin to fill gaps, minimal training, a lot of management that are not qualified and are not concerned with what is best for the employees.
