Pros

Opportunity to learn new jobs once you have your foot in the door. Plenty of overtime offered. Benefits are industry standard. Negotiable starting wage, always desperate for help so don’t sell yourself short.

Cons

Management has an extremely high turnover rate. No training guides provided, all on the job training and very much sink or swim. Favoritism at its finest.
