The department Managers will give you the best tools available to them to help you get the job done. Unfraternally those tools are hard to get from the upper tier.

Cons

Upper Managment needs to make it look like at least one of them cares about the employee.

You get to work with some pretty cool Coworkers who are passionate about cars and it’s chill. You get great commission when you sell cars - but IF you sell cars.

Cons

It really depends on management. It’s also slow and there’s a lack of training.
